I just love the soft look of this Daisy Garden birthday card! This card was created using the emboss resist technique along with the soft pastel assortment. Using the Stamparatus makes inking this large stamp so easy!
I inked up the Daisy Garden stamp set using Versamark ink and embossed it with white emboss powder. Once I had embossed the image, I was able to ink up the daisies using Fresh Freesia ink and a sponge dauber which still allowed the white to still shine through.
For the leaves, I again used a sponge dauber and the soft pastel chalk in Mossy Meadow, which gave them a soft and blended look with the daisies.
The birthday sentiment is from the Best Year stamp set. The inside sentiment is from Lovely You stamp set and both are stamped in the Fresh Freesia ink. I used the Stitched with Whimsy dies to outline the front and inside sentiments.
I finished this card off with pretty White Glittered Organdy Ribbon. I hope you like it!
