I created this card for one of my friend's birthday. To me this card just says spring and flowers and I'm so happy with how this one turned out.
I started with a Night of Navy card base and then used a layer of the In Good Taste Designer Series Paper that I cut out with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies. Then I added the strip of Heart and Home Designer Series Paper. The basic white background piece is die cut using the Scalloped Contours Dies. The rain boots are stamped in Night of Navy ink, the flowers are stamped in Blushing Bride ink and the stems are in Old Olive ink. The sentiment piece is stamped in Night of Navy ink on Blushing Bride paper and die cut using the smallest Stitched Rectangle die. The cute little bow is tied with the Denim ribbon. To finish off the front of the card, I added Brushed Brass Butterfly embellishments.
I stamped the tulips and stems on the inside of the card and also stamped the envelope because you always want to send a pretty envelope with your beautiful card!
